Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations are handled and how refunds are processed.

We understand plans can change. The charges below are indicative; the exact cancellation terms for your trip are shared at the time of booking and, for some packages, may differ based on supplier (airline/hotel) rules.

Cancellation charges

  • 30+ days before departure: loss of booking/registration amount.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.
  • 07–14 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days / no-show: up to 100% of the tour cost.

Air tickets, visa fees, and non-refundable hotel or service bookings are charged as per the actual supplier rules, which may be stricter than the above.

How to cancel

Send your cancellation request in writing to info@saishishirtours.in or call +91 89510 62993. Charges are calculated from the date we receive your written request.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 working days of confirmation.
  • Any applicable bank or payment-gateway charges may be deducted.

Changes by us

If we must cancel a confirmed departure (e.g. insufficient group size or force majeure), we will offer an alternative date/tour or a refund of recoverable amounts.
