These terms govern your use of the Sai Shishir Tours website and the booking of any tour package with us. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Bookings & payments
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment (advance or full, as specified for the package) and issue a written confirmation.
- Prices are per person on the sharing basis stated and may change due to airfare, taxes, fuel or government levies until the booking is confirmed.
- Quotes are valid for the period mentioned and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Documents & eligibility
You are responsible for carrying valid identity documents, and for international tours, a valid passport, visa and any required vaccinations. Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective authorities; we assist but cannot guarantee it.
Itinerary changes
Itineraries are planned in good faith but may change due to weather, traffic, temple/site timings, transport availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will arrange suitable alternatives wherever possible.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Liability
We act as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, transport and other suppliers. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Conduct
Guests are expected to follow local laws, customs and the tour manager’s reasonable instructions. We may decline service to anyone whose conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of other travellers.
