How do I book a tour?+
Browse our packages, pick a departure date and click "Book Now" — or send an enquiry / WhatsApp us and our team will guide you through the booking and payment.
What payment options do you accept?+
We accept Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking), direct UPI, and bank transfer. For some packages a part-payment advance confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure.
Are flights and hotels included?+
It depends on the package — each tour page lists exactly what is included and excluded under "Tour Info". Most packages include hotels, meals, transport and a tour manager; flights are included where stated.
Can I customise a tour or travel on my own dates?+
Yes. We arrange customised and private departures for families, groups and corporates. Contact us with your preferred dates, destinations and budget and we will build an itinerary for you.
What documents do I need to carry?+
For domestic tours, a valid government photo ID. For international tours, a passport valid for at least 6 months, the required visa, and any mandatory vaccination certificates.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
Cancellation charges depend on how far before departure you cancel; eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Do you arrange group / pilgrimage tours with VIP darshan?+
Yes — we specialise in pilgrimage and group tours and arrange priority darshan and temple assistance wherever possible.
How do I get help during my trip?+
A dedicated tour coordinator stays in touch from booking until you return home, and our support line is available 24/7.
